Living Free:
Finding Freedom From Habits That Hurt!

The “Living Free” program will be presented in Mapleville beginning at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, October 27, 2009.  Classes will meet every Tuesday and Thursday until November 12 for a total of six sessions.    “Living Free” helps people find freedom from habits that hurt.

“Habits are friends when they are good ones. But habits can become chains,” commented Sue Quigley, program director.  “Living Free examines how addictions work and outlines practical keys for breaking any bad habit. Topics covered are obesity and food addictions, substance addictions, prescription addiction, smoking and alcohol addiction, entertainment and internet addictions, and behavioral addictions such as gambling and pornography.  Don't let bad habits hold you hostage - learn how to get free and stay free!”

“We are pleased to make the Living Free program available,” noted Bill Warcholik, pastor of the church that hosts the program.  "Our goal is to help our community live healthier, happier lives by Living Free!"

“Living Free” is provided as a community service in the Burrillville Seventh-day Adventist Church, 854 Victory Highway, Mapleville.   For more information, or to reserve a seat, call 401-648-1490, or email BiLL144@mac.com.  Reservations are required because space is limited.  For directions, click on "contact us" on the left margin.
